We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Manager/Director to lead the sales team and execute commercial strategies in Spain. The role is integral to driving business growth, expanding the team, and refining strategic goals. This opportunity offers significant autonomy within a dynamic and rapidly evolving business environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Execution: Lead the sales team to achieve targets and meet key objectives. Team Management: Mentor and grow the sales team, with plans to expand the team as needed. Strategic Planning: Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and strategies for market growth. Networking & Talent Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and key hires through industry networking. Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize sales performance and ensure alignment with business goals. Requirements Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus). 5-7 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, with a focus on sales, business development, and team management. Strong background in driving revenue growth and scaling sales teams. Experience with budgeting, financial metrics, and sales forecasts. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with other teams such as operations and marketing.
