Lead Developer (Full Stack) en Scuba FindersModalidad híbrida (mínimo tres días presenciales en Las Rozas, Madrid)En Scuba Finders, conectamos a buceadores con las mejores experiencias subacuáticas. Nuestra plataforma permite reservar inmersiones, cursos y próximamente, viajes completos con vuelos. Buscamos un CTO que combine habilidades técnicas y estratégicas para resolver problemas complejos, identificar soluciones eficaces y aportar valor a nuestros clientes.ResponsabilidadesDiseñar y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica, resolviendo retos complejos de forma innovadora.Desarrollar y mantener funcionalidades clave en la plataforma, asegurando un alto rendimiento y escalabilidad.Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y optimizar procesos internos.Priorizar iniciativas que aporten valor tangible al negocio y a nuestros usuarios.RequisitosExperiencia en desarrollo de software full-stack, con capacidad para abordar desafíos de principio a fin.Dominio de PHP (Laravel), React.Js, Redux, GraphQL y Gatsby.Certificación Open Water o superior.Capacidad analítica y enfoque orientado a la solución de problemas.Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida.CondicionesModalidad híbrida en un entorno dinámico e innovador.#J-18808-Ljbffr
