JOB OVERVIEWUnder direct supervision of the Head of Corporate Economic Administration (Cellnex Telecom, Cellnex Finance, and Cellnex Foundation), you will be responsible for the economic administration of the corporate entities, as well as the support in different processes of the area.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESMonthly end closings, Rolling Forecast, Forecast and Budget of Cellnex Telecom, Cellnex Finance and Cellnex Foundation, under Local GAAP and IFRS (mainly, IFRS16 and IFRS9):Preparation of the monthly end closing and the financial statements in PGC and IFRS for reporting to ConsolidationEstimation of the Financial P&L and amortisations, PBCS upload, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet (fixed assets, investments in Group Companies, equity and treasury shares, borrowings, prepaid expenses and advances to suppliers, intercompanies, provisions) and Working Capital.Preparation of the Monthly Executive Summary.Provisions management (including old provisions control and monitoring of litigation procedures).Review tangible and intangible fixed assets movement (additions, disposals and transfers) of the corporate entities.Manage intercompany accounts:Calculation, provision and invoicing.Reconciliation of balances and transactions (commercial and financial transactions and balances of P&L and Balance Sheet) of Cellnex Telecom and Cellnex Finance companies with the rest of the group: analysis of intercompanies and contract-based assurance of the correct recording of intercompanies with countries.Analysis of the accounting treatment of certain operations: Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), borrowings issuance and repayment and the related arrangement expenses, debt refinancing, derivative financial instruments, FX Differences, treasury shares, grants, etc.Analysis and monitoring of the Group companies’ reserves as well as the accounting treatment of the dividends received from them.
