Sales Representative Zona NorteDesde el equipo Comercial de RovensaNext estamos buscando un Sales Representative Bionutrición & Biocontrol que se encargará de gestionar lazona Norte (Rioja, Navarra, Castilla-León, Galicia, Cantabria y Pais Vasco)Si estás interesado/a, no lo dudes y sigue leyendo:Definir un plan de acción que permita ejecutar las ventas para lograr los objetivos acordados en términos de volumen y contribución.Realizar previsiones y detección de potencialidades en clientes: crecimiento, nuevas necesidades, posicionamiento de producto, etc.Gestionar y desarrollar el canal de distribución, negociando y acordando objetivos, así como análisis del canal y participar activamente en la mejora, a través de la incorporación de nuevos distribuidores que mejoren la presencia en el mercado.Gestión y supervisión de pedidos, asegurándose el cumplimiento de las condiciones de servicio y dando seguimiento a los mismos.Seguimiento y acompañamiento a la distribución, procurando soporte técnico comercial a los equipos y ayudar a la distribución en la consecución de los objetivos de venta y en la resolución de problemas técnicos.Colaborar regularmente con el equipo de desarrollo para asegurar que se brinde el mejor asesoramiento agronómico para desarrollar nuevas aplicaciones y conceptos de productos en el campo.Colaborar con el departamento de marketing, identificando las necesidades de marketing (campañas) y acordando las acción apropiadas.Implementar actividades de promoción y formación, a través de charlas, jornadas técnicas, días de campo, etc.Apoyar y participar en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos.Análisis de mercado, competencia y tendencia.El Talento que buscamos:Formación relacionada con el sector: Técnica Agronómica (Ingeniería o similar)Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en una posición de Delegado/a Comercial.Experiencia y conocimientos en principales cultivos de la zona ( cereal, viña, frutales, cultivos extensivos, hortícolas.)del sector agroquímico y de la distribución.Conocimientos en el manejo de herramientas de reporte ( Excel, Power BI)Valorable conocimientos de inglésRetribución competitiva (Fija + variable) según experiencia aportada y beneficios sociales.Seguro de salud y de vida.Vehículo de empresa.Formación continua y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.Ticket guardería, formación y transporte a través de retribución flexible.#J-18808-Ljbffr
