As we expand across Spain, we’re looking for an experienced Channel Sales Executive to develop and support our distributor network and drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new MSP and reseller partners, expanding the channel network and increasing adoption of our solutionsWork closely with local distributors to train and support them in pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring they can effectively promote our productDevelop and execute channel sales strategies to maximize revenue and support distributors in generating salesSupport the rollout of our Pay-as-You-Go distribution model, enabling partners to aggregate smaller MSPs and scale revenueCollaborate with solutions architects to ensure distributors and partners receive the necessary technical support and guidanceHelp distributors leverage marketing development funds (MDF) and co-financed resources to drive awareness and salesEssential Skills and RequirementsProven experience in channel sales, specifically working with IT vendors that sell through Managed Service Providers (MSPs)Strong network and relationships within the IT distribution and MSP ecosystemAbility to develop and support distributor and MSP relationships to drive business growthSelf-motivated, sales-driven, and relationship-oriented, with a strategic approach to growing the channelA willingness to travel and attend industry events in order to represent BotGuard and generate leads and stay ahead of market trends.Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).What we offer:Total compensation split 70% basic plus 30% variable based on measurable deliverablesMulticultural team environmentRemote and flexible working cultureStart up, high growth exposure We are striving to create a diverse and inclusive environment.
