Desde Hays, estamos en la búsqueda de un Transport Manager para un empresa gran distribución del canal horeca ubicada en comunidad en provincia de Alicante.Tu misión será gestionar eficientemente las operaciones de transporte y distribución desde todas las plataformas, además de colaborar en el desarrollo e implementación de planes estratégicos relacionados con el transporte de mercancías y el servicio a los puntos de venta.Responsabilidades:Planificarás y coordinarás calendarios de transporte y servicio a puntos de venta.Supervisarás operaciones diarias y medirás KPI’s de transporte y servicio.Resolverás incidencias diarias y colaborarás con ventas para integrar nuevos clientes.Contratarás, formarás y evaluaras repartidores, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas.Negociarás renting y adquisición de vehículos, y programarás su mantenimiento.Mantendrás altos niveles de seguridad y salud, cumpliendo la legislación de transporte.Establecerás el presupuesto anual de transporte propio y contratado. Requisitos para el puesto:Experiencia de 5 a 10 años en puestos de gestión de transporte.Conocimientos en software de gestión de transporte y de rutas.Capacidad para comunicar y liderar eficazmente.Experiencia en la gestión de presupuestos y control de costes.Inglés fluido.Beneficios:Formarás parte de una compañía de sólida trayectoria internacional.
