Presentación:Desde Claire Joster Executive, buscamos un perfil de Project Developement Manager para una compañía con más de 30 años de trayectoria en el ámbito de Energías Renovables, que pueda responsabilizarse dentro de una de sus unidades de negocio, del estudio, promoción y el desarrollo de proyectos de Energía Solar Fotovoltaica.Organización: La empresa se encuentra en un proceso de expansión, ofreciendo un entorno dinámico e innovador en el que desarrollar tu carrera dentro del sector de las energías renovables, pudiendo estar ubicada la posición en Madrid o en Asturias.Función:La figura de Project Development Manager será responsable de gestionar el desarrollo de proyectos solares desde la identificación, evaluación y negociación de terrenos adecuados para el desarrollo de proyectos fotovoltaicos hasta la fase final. Su rol será clave en la identificación de oportunidades estratégicas y en la gestión de relaciones con propietarios, administraciones y otros agentes en el proceso.Identificación y evaluación de terrenos con las características adecuadas para el desarrollo de proyectos de energía renovable.Negociación de derechos sobre los terrenos, gestionando acuerdos con propietarios y otros agentes implicados.Desarrollo de relaciones estratégicas con inmobiliarias, ayuntamientos y comunidades autónomas para facilitar la adquisición de terrenos. Tramitar permisos y autorizaciones ante organismos públicos. Análisis y gestión de oportunidades de negocio dentro del sector fotovoltaico.Coordinación con el equipo técnico, legal y comercial para garantizar la viabilidad del desarrollo de los proyectos.Elaboración de informes y reportes para la Dirección del área.Requisitos:Formación técnica (preferiblemente Ingeniería).Experiencia de al menos 5 años en identificación y adquisición de terrenos para proyectos de energías renovables e interlocución con propietarios, idealmente en el sector fotovoltaico.Experiencia en desarrollo y tramitación de proyectos fotovoltaicos.
