We maintain an active presence across Europe, the Middle East, APAC Region, Africa, and Turkey, with our global headquarters in Germany and the UK.As an international company, we are looking for aSenior Solar / BESS Project Manager .Qualifications:Proven working experience in Solar and BESS Project Management,Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes, means, and methods,Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards,Understanding of all facets of the construction process of Solar Farm and BESS Projects,Familiarity with construction management software packages,Ability to plan and see the “big picture”,Competent in conflict and crisis management,Leadership and human resources management skills,Excellent time and project management skills,BS degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering or related field,PMP certificate,Fluent in spoken and written English,5+ years of commercial/Utility Scale solar and BESS construction experience,Solar PV experience on commercial or utility-scale projects is a plus,Experience with electrical systems and wiring is desired,EPC, PPA, Interconnection, and site lease contract experience is a plus.Job Responsibilities:Plan, staff, and supervise all assigned work activities through site Construction Managers and subcontractors to ensure a cohesive operational unit.Highly focused, organized, analytical thinker who is used to substantial autonomy while ensuring that the customers' needs are met.Flexible to new ideas and new directions and can work in a dynamically changing work environment.Highly motivated to develop and implement cost reduction initiatives to meet the changing industry requirements.Pre-Construction: Coordinate with the engineering team to plan the design and installation of the product and related items and review the contract documents to ensure compliance with all required provisions.Work with the Contracts Manager to resolve contract issues and maintain contract compliance for both owner-facing and subcontractor-facing agreements.Arrange directly or through subcontractors for the necessary site logistics in terms of site offices, connectivity, utility connections, etc.Work closely with the Construction Manager for oversight of contractors and trades.Issue project progress reports and communicate proactively with team members.Check the subcontractors' progress reports and validate their associated payment requests.Enforce quality control programs.Manage customer audits and inspections.Provide main day-to-day customer interface and point of contact.Develop project schedules for the execution of the work within the project milestones.Schedule the delivery of products; coordinate the installation of the Solar / BESS products with the customer, subcontractors, and inspectors.Ensure that all ongoing project records and logs are up to date and closed at the end of the project.Provide feedback to project development and the Operations Team.Close out the project and turn it over to the Operation and Maintenance Team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
