Somos una empresa dedicada al desarrollo de productos para la limpieza del hogar y el cuidado personal líder en fabricación de productos para terceros.Contamos con más de 40 años de experiencia en el sector químico. Lo que empezó como un pequeño negocio familiar, se ha convertido en un referente a nivel nacional y una compañía global a la altura de los principales players del mercado internacional.¿Qué buscamos?Queremos incorporar a un Product Manager, con experiencia en puestos similares, preferiblemente en el sector de gran consumo y apasionado por su trabajo y por aportar valor al área y a la compañía.¿Cuál será tu propósito?Nuestro Product Manager trabajará para:* Conocer y analizar el mercado, el consumidor y tendencias de las categorías a su cargo* Definir la estrategia de producto de las categorías a su cargo: Surtido, Gamas, Posicionamiento de calidad en* Definir el posicionamiento completo calidad-precio de cada uno de nuestros productos desde el conocimiento del consumidor, el mercado y la estrategia de nuestro cliente* Coordinar el desarrollo de producto desde su conceptualización hasta el análisis de ventas.* Marcar y seguir ejecución de la hoja de ruta de mejora continua del producto para consecución de los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad de la categoría* Diseño de presentaciones, elaboración de informes y otras herramientas de venta* Interlocución con los clientes B2B como responsables de desarrollo y venta de nuevos productos o mejora de los existente.¿En qué será experto?Nuestro Product Manager en SPB tendrá un alto nivel de conocimiento en las siguientes áreas:· Desarrollo de producto· Idiomas: Inglés.Si estás preparado para unirte a un equipo de grandes profesionales, aportando un trabajo de alto valor a un proyecto motivador y retador en un entorno internacional, no dudes en presentar tu candidatura, ¿comenzamos?
