Nuestra compañía está formada por un equipo de más de 850 profesionales entre sus diferentes áreas de operación.Neotalent, the responsive people.Más información en www.Neotalent.Pt/es y https://neotalent.Pt/es/oportunidades-de-carrera/.Descripción del puesto:Estamos buscando un IT Security Project Manager para uno de nuestros principales clientes del sector seguros en Barcelona, con dos días presencial y el resto remoto.Descripción de la Misión:El gestor de proyectos liderará diversas iniciativas de seguridad informática, incluyendo la implementación de programas estratégicos a nivel de grupo y planes de acción de remediación de auditorías.Las responsabilidades clave incluyen:Establecer y mantener un marco de gobernanza adecuado para garantizar la correcta planificación y ejecución de actividades por parte de los distintos equipos.Identificar, comunicar y resolver riesgos y escalaciones.Apoyar los proyectos definiendo e implementando los requisitos de seguridad.Habilidades Técnicas Requeridas:Experiencia en la ejecución o supervisión de procesos operativos de seguridad informática (aplicación de parches, endurecimiento de sistemas, gestión de vulnerabilidades, etc.).Experiencia con plataformas Cloud (AWS y Azure).Sólidas habilidades en gestión de proyectos, incluyendo la capacidad de:Definir claramente acciones y hacer seguimiento de su progreso.Desafiar a las partes interesadas cuando sea necesario.Identificar y escalar riesgos, proponiendo acciones de mitigación.Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de seguridad informática, incluyendo:Implementación de controles de seguridad.Despliegue de herramientas y procesos de seguridad.Remediaciones de seguridad.Controles internos y auditorías.Habilidades Técnicas Opcionales:Conocimiento operativo (capacidad para configurar y mantener) en:Servidores web y de aplicaciones (Apache, IIS, Tomcat, JBOSS, etc.).Hipervisores (VMware, Hyper-V).Plataforma Citrix.Otras Habilidades y Competencias Requeridas:Más de 8 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de seguridad informática.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y escucha activa a diferentes niveles jerárquicos, niveles de seniority, países y culturas.Capacidad para transmitir mensajes de manera clara a diferentes audiencias (desde equipos operativos hasta ejecutivos), incorporar rápidamente el feedback y ajustarse en consecuencia.Capacidad para anticipar riesgos o mitigar su impacto/probabilidad una vez ocurridos.Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y matriciales.Resiliencia y tenacidad, con una fuerte capacidad de perseverancia en entornos cambiantes.Idioma: Inglés fluido (obligatorio).¿Qué ofrecemos?
