Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.Drive productivity initiatives, synergies & benefit tracking and ensure the Controlling function operates at a high level of excellence.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance Controlling processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.Collaborate with BI department and other business functions to provide analysis and decision support for business improvement initiatives.Development and maintenance of strong internal controls, ensuring effective controls over revenue transactions and reporting.Support wider Controlling transformation initiatives plus ad-hoc support to key strategic projects.Supervise the controlling team while checking and analyzing TPV charges and conditions related to PSP invoices and performing month-end account reconciliations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.Autonomous and high level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
