Service Manager IT (Castellón)¡Buscamos un/a Service Manager con residencia en Castellón, para unirse a nuestro equipo!TRC es una empresa de integración de tecnología con 35 años de experiencia en el sector y sedes en todo el territorio nacional. Actualmente estamos inmersos en un proceso de expansión, crecimiento y profesionalización de cara a afrontar los nuevos retos y objetivos resultado de un crecimiento conjunto con nuestros clientes.Responsabilidades- Planificación y gestión de proyectos relacionados con la implantación de sistemas y servicios de seguridad.- Coordinación de equipos de trabajo, donde planifica, realiza seguimiento y controlará las actividades relacionadas con proyectos de seguridad.- Elaboración de soluciones técnicas, diseñando sistemas y servicios que se adapten a las necesidades específicas, teniendo en cuenta factores como la infraestructura existente, los recursos disponibles y los requisitos de seguridad.- Recopilación y documentación de las necesidades de seguridad.- Adaptación de soluciones de seguridad a las necesidades específicas.Áreas de Conocimiento- Planificación y gestión de proyectos de implantación de sistemas y servicios de seguridad.- Coordinación de equipos de trabajo, planificación, seguimiento y control de actividades.- Ingeniería de servicios de seguridad en grandes entidades.- Recogida y documentación de necesidades de seguridad de entidades.- Adaptación de soluciones de seguridad a las necesidades de entidades.Requisitos- Formación Profesional de grado superior en titulaciones relacionadas con las TIC y la ciberseguridad.- Al menos 3 años de experiencia.- Disponibilidad de vehículo propio.Ofrecemos- Incorporación a un equipo altamente cualificado y dentro de un entorno tecnológico avanzado en el que están integradas las últimas soluciones del mercado.- Estabilidad laboral, proyección profesional y plan de carrera.- Posibilidad de acogerte a plan retribución flexible (comida, seguro médico, guardería y transporte).- Jornada intensiva todos los viernes del año y verano.- Plan personalizado de formación, incluidas Certificaciones, para ayudarte a alcanzar tus metas profesionales y fortalecer tus habilidades.La oferta no es para realizar un proyecto en concreto, ni de carácter temporal, sino que la intención es que la persona que se incorpore pase a formar parte del equipo de forma fija.Una vez recibidas las candidaturas, se valorarán de acuerdo con estándares de igualdad y no discriminación, y se contactará con aquellos perfiles que cumplan los requisitos detallados en la oferta.
