We are currently looking for Consultants / Senior Consultants for the Banking division in Barcelona.What Will Your Role Be?Managing strategy projects in hybrid or agile environments,ensuring progress across multiple workstreams to deliverhigh-quality results, meettight deadlines, and proactivelyaddress challenges through effective stakeholder management and communication .Keep up to date withlocal and global banking trends ,identifying opportunities to improve the value proposition .Play a key role instrategic projects,from understandingbusiness activitiestoextracting insightsthat supportdecision-making.Define key performance indicators and develop dashboards toidentify potential areas for improvement.Collaborate indefining and enhancing the value propositionin coordination with the company’s business and transformation areas.Developbusiness approaches and proposalsfor sector clients.Work with the team toprioritize and prepare go-to-market plans.What Are We Looking For?Specific Requirements:University degree(preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar).Excellent Master’s degreein business strategy, business & economics, or a comparable course of study.At least 2+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably in the financial sector and/or in the context of transformation and digitalization.Practical experience and preferably certification inproject management methodology(classic and agile),business process managementandcontinuous improvement.Languages:Spanish, Catalan preferred, Advanced English (C1) written and spoken.
