HybridJob DescriptionTheEvents Leadis a pivotal role for Galderma commercial operations, aimed at ensuring a clear company strategy is in place for all key external conferences, as well as executing this strategy to ensure our customers' journey during the conferences that Galderma participates in is best-in-class.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Global Process Owner for HCP facing events end-to-end engagement process.Continuously screen external events within therapeutic domains of therapeutic dermatology, injectable aesthetics, and dermatological skincare for relevance to Galderma strategy.Establish clear criteria for events profiling, qualification, and selection to ensure the best events are part of Galderma's customer engagement strategy.Ensure a clear strategy is in place for every event that Galderma participates in, coordinating the development of such strategy with franchise heads to ensure brand/franchise priorities are respected.Ensure effective execution of the strategy by collaborating with the Events Team and other internal stakeholders to deliver a distinguished Galderma presence and best-in-class attendee experience.Coordinate various events-related activities internally and externally as necessary.Handle event-related internal communication and change management activities.Ensure alignment and project management for events-related matters.Act as a PMO and drive change management activities for Global Commercial Operations and Digital team on key strategic projects.Skills & QualificationsStrong experience of 5+ years in major events management on the client or agency side in FMCG, CPG, Consumer Health, or Pharma.Professional qualification in project management, change management, and/or events management.Proven track record of managing and strengthening client relationships.Advanced education (e.G., Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field) is often preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills.Extensive cross-functional experience required, with confidence to work effectively across a global matrix enterprise and influence with authority.Strong team player.Fluency in English is a must; fluency in other major European languages is a plus.What we offer in returnAt Galderma, the role of a Global Events Lead is both dynamic and empowering.
