Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing. What will you do? Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Global Active Directory Technical Engineer with experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Work on a project as an identity and access management engineer, including leveraging the capabilities of the tools and techniques in SE to translate a client's needs into a working capability.Apply expertise in the implementation, deployment and configuration of new capabilities on the different platforms. Support operational procedures for any break/fix, upgrades, patches, and performance or integration related issues.Maintain responsibility for scheduling periodic reports and addressing audit findings.Support critical Identity functions, including maintenance, patch identification and publication, and upgrades of any related modules.You will collaborate with Architecture to conduct projects and eventually proof of concepts that will validate evolutions or newly tested solutions. Working with customer teams and supporting current tasks and activities. Work closely with customer deivery managers to prioritize daily tasks. Participate in technical meetings with technical specialists. Provide top tier support for incidents relating to security tools/solutions. Continuously improve deployments and integrate new technologies and services. You will collaborate with Architecture to conduct projects and eventually proof of concepts that will validate evolutions or newly tested solutions. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years working in Microsoft's Identity and Access services like Active Directory or Entra ID. Working experience Active Directory (AD) in large enterprise environments. Practical experience with Privileged Identity Management solutions. Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and highly secured environments. Hands on experience in deploying backup, high-availability and DR environments (cold, warm and hot). Proven ability to work closely with customer's network and operations team to resolve issues or security concerns of tools/services. Proven ability to work with vendors in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identified security tools. Practical, "field" experience with installing, configuring, and testing Microsoft's solutions. Extensive experience working with clients or architects to provide best practice recommendations and other related security requirements. Proven experience with process automations with Windows PowerShell, Logic Apps, Kusto Query Language (KQL) and other scripting languages and solutions. Fluent in English and ability to work in teams and task forces. Desired Related Microsoft Certificates including Active Directory and Entra ID Other relevant tech certifications: Azure, AWS, CyberArk, PKI Security relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security +, CEH. Linux administration experience Basic knowledge of networking and firewalls Cloud platforms understanding (AWS, Azure) for deploying and managing infrastructure.
