We celebrate success, invest in health and wellbeing initiatives as well as professional development programs designed to unlock potential.If you share our passion for beauty and would love to work for an iconic beauty brand, then consider this wonderful opportunity in our MARKETING HAIR COLOR TEAM.The RoleExecute the necessary tasks to help with the development, launch and monitoring of products and marketing projects for the hair color category.Key Responsibilities - Act as Jr. Project leader in the development and follow-up of the launches and animations assigned to him/her as responsibility. - Coordination of the internal administrative management processes required to carry out a new launch (creation of codes, request for country forecasts, preparation of reports and presentations for meetings, etc.) - Preparation and presentation of internal and external project briefs, incl advertising agencies. Follow-up and preparation of advertising shoots along with internal and external stakeholders. - Monitoring reporting of assigned projects through reports or presentations. - Control and follow up of orders/orders placed with external suppliers. - Updated maintenance of documentation archive and image library. - Under the supervision of the product managers, assist in updating product artworks by sending comments and modification requests to the design team. - Coordinate the sending of product samples and packages to various markets. - Handle market requests, including providing product images, renders, and Dropbox links for marketing materials. - Assist with Market requests for Cost of Goods (COGs) and miscellaneous tasks as needed. - Support the creation and distribution of merchandising tools and materials from a global level. - Collaborate with the team to promote “Always On” education courses - Conduct monthly performance and competitive analyses for various markets. - Perform monthly social media audits and prepare reports on direct competition’s communication strategies, campaigns, collaborations, and product launches. - Preparation of international meetings (coordination of materials, presentations...) - Other tasks as required by the marketing department.Experience, Education & SkillsStudents of Business Administration, Degree in Marketing, Economics, and/or related master’s programs.English C1 - C2Other languages are a plus.Personality ProfileAn organized, proactive, analytical person with ease and eagerness to learn.What could Revlon offer me?Work with some of the biggest brands in the Beauty world, and the most passionate people in cosmetics.Work in an incredible multicultural environment and with an international scope.The opportunity to change and innovate the cosmetics industry within the most iconic Beauty company in the world.If you are up for the challenge and this role sounds like you then hit apply NOW!With the greatest respect CVs will not be accepted by recruitment agencies at this time.
