Sociedad Textil Lonia, precisa incorporar en su sede central de Ourense un/a Project Manager con experiencia en Retail para su Departamento de Arquitectura. La persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de gestionar los proyectos de los distintos puntos de venta velando por el cumplimiento de los plazos de apertura establecidos y de los estandares de calidad marcados.Funciones:Seguimiento de las obras de los distintos puntos de venta para garantizar que el proyecto se esté desarrollando correctamente.Resolución de dudas de las constructoras externas.Actualización de los plannings de trabajo de los equipos para garantizar los plazos de entrega.Elaboración de documentación técnica para dar apoyo al constructor.Asegurar los tiempos de llegada de los envíos de material.Preparación y envío de muestras a los diferentes constructoras.Validación de los proyectos antes de proceder a su fabricación.Gestión del proceso de licitación de proyectosRequisitos Mínimos:Experiencia mínima de 3 - 5 años en puesto similar.Experiencia previa o conocimiento de Revit / BIM.Disponibilidad para residir en Ourense.Imprescindible adjuntar CV para consideración.Formación e Idiomas: Formación técnica: Arquitectura.Se valorará positivamente tener formación específica o complementaria en Interiorismo/Retail.Inglés nivel alto.En Sociedad Textil Lonia estamos comprometidos con la igualdad de oportunidades.
