This is a unique opportunity to build processes, implement improvements and leave a mark on an innovative company within the sector.If you are passionate about solving technical problems, you like to work autonomously and want to be part of a project whereyour impact will make a difference, we are looking for you!ResponsibilitiesDefining and standardizing the after-sales service area:Developing and optimizing an efficient method of investigating and resolving incidents, ensuring rapid and coordinated action by the entire TECNIC team.Implementing an agile, resolute workflow aimed at maximum customer satisfaction.Converting problems into opportunities for improvement:Working side by side with customers and distributors to identify real and recurring needs.Transferring this feedback to R&D and other departments, converting it into improvement projects and new technological developments.Guaranteeing the sustainability of after-sales service:Creating an equipment maintenance plan and coordinating it internally or with our distributors, ensuring the availability of spare parts for each machine on the market, facilitating a rapid and efficient response.Creating training plans, and communicating new products and updates!Be part of a growing company and help us take TECNIC's after-sales service to the next level!What do we expect from you?Degree in chemical, mechanical or similar engineering. Studies related to the field of sales or commercial are highly valued.Skills in the use of incident resolution tools such as 5PQs and AI.Experience: minimum 1 year of experience developing similar functions in the pharmacological or biotechnology sector.Technical knowledge in bioreactors and bioprocesses is essential.Languages: fluent English and Spanish.
