The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and leadership to manage teams.They will be responsible of supervising the team and the accuracy of the accounting, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of accountantsProcess accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in accordance with accounting standards.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues related to payments or invoices.Manage the accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.Provide support for other accounting and finance functions as needed.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable in Tourism SectorExperience managing teamsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyFamiliarity with financial accounting softwares, such as Dynamics 365 FO or SAP.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with electronic payment processing would be a nice plusWhat we offer:Permanent contract.Hybrid model.Flexible schedule.The opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing project, supported by a technological leader in the tourism industry.
