Descripción del puesto:, Para Reforzar La Estructura Técnica Del Área De Ingeniería De Instalaciones (Mecánicas, Eléctricas e Hidrosanitarias) De Sólido y Prestigioso Estudio De Arquitectura e Ingeniería Con Más De 15 Años De Experiencia Formado Por Un Equipo Multidisciplinar Compuesto Por Arquitectos, Ingenieros y Consultores Especializados En El Desarrollo De Proyectos De Arquitectura, Instalaciones, Interiorismo, Tenemos La Misión de Seleccionar Un/a PROJECT MANAGER MEPEn dependencia directa de la dirección del área de instalaciones, la persona seleccionada se encargará de liderar los proyectos asignados de instalaciones.Entre Sus Principales Funciones EstaránRealización y/o supervisión de proyectos de ingeniería. Realización de cálculos, dibujo, memorias, mediciones y planos de proyectos de instalaciones para edificación: Equipamientos deportivos, retail, restauración, hoteles, museos, hospitales, oficinas, residencias, etc.Gestión del equipo de técnicos de instalaciones y delineantes a cargo.Interlocución con los clientes en los proyectos de ingeniería.Coordinación con el Área de Arquitectura del Despacho.Gestión total del proyecto.Pensamos en una persona con formación acorde al puesto (Ingeniero Técnico o Industrial, Ingeniero en Edificación, Arquitecto técnico o Ingeniero de caminos) con experiencia demostrada en project management, el cálculo de las instalaciones en edificación, en dibujo de planos y elaboración de memorias y mediciones, y con conocimientos actualizados de normativas vigentes y de procedimientos asociados.Ofrecemos una excelente oportunidad de desarrollo profesional e incorporación a un sólido grupo empresarial con equipo multidisciplinar, proyectos de instalaciones, donde prima la calidad y que valora a sus colaboradores.Salario acorde a experiencia y valores aportados.RequisitosExperiencia en el sector instalaciones (edificación).Experiencia en gestión de proyectos.Experiencia en conocimiento en herramientas software como AutoCAD avanzado, Cype, Arquímedes, TCQ, Hulc.Valorable experiencia en proyectos BIM.Valorable idioma inglés avanzado.Salario a definir entre 30-35k
