Junt@s, estamos construyendo un entorno donde todos prosperamos.¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?Como Customer Administration Specialist (CAM), formarás parte del equipo de Contract to Cash, dentro de Ricoh Business Services desempeñando las siguientes funciones:Gestionar solicitudes administrativas relacionadas con clientes en Francia y otros países francófonos.Experiencia en el uso del paquete Office, con especial dominio de Excel.Realizar correcciones, abonos y poner en practica tu conocimiento en facturación, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de autorización establecidas por la OpCo.Modificar contratos, incluyendo correcciones, ajustes de condiciones y otros cambios necesarios. Comunicarte para ello con clientes de habla francesa en su idioma nativo. Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver incidencias, actualizar condiciones contractuales, y gestionar cambios en los datos de los clientes, entre otros.¿QUÉ NECESITAS?Requisitos imprescindibles:Nivel alto de Francés, deberás poder comunicarte, escribir y entender correctamente.Experiencia de al menos dos años en tareas similares a las descritas.Paquete office en especial dominio de Excel.Persona organizada y metódica para tareas de administración.Muy valorable:Nivel alto de inglés.Gran capacidad analítica.Capacidad para adaptarte de manera ágil a nuevos procesos. ¿QUÉ TE OFRECEMOS?Crecimiento profesional: Incorporación a un equipo estable, compartiendo experiencias y mejores prácticas con compañeros de alto rendimiento en un entorno colaborativo.
