A Snapshot of Your DayYou will play a pivotal role in the financial management of our Electrolysers business, leading all aspects of the planning, controlling, and forecasting for our manufacturing and service operations across Berlin, Erlangen, and Mülheim an der Ruhr. Your expertise will be essential in driving financial performance and ensuring the success of our operations in these key locations.How You’ll Make An ImpactYou become comfortable with product cost and price calculations.You will analyze and take actions on inventory levels, production variance, material consumption as well as the cost center coverage and the non-conformance costs (NCCs).As a finance business partner, you can work independently and in close collaboration with others (technical projects managers, business partners, and team members). You will act as the link between our production, purchasing, logistics and other operations departments in a very dynamic environment.You will drive cost savings and design and implement production order controlling.In addition, you are in charge for the regular closing and forecasting process of production.You build and implement reports that concentrate on cost centers and headcount, highlighting the current status while detailing any deviations from forecasts and budgets.You will also address special tasks in the controlling environment (e.G., order processing, accounting for production provisions, etc.)What You BringSuccessfully completed studies in business, finance, or economics.Experience (at least 3 years) in a manufacturing environment (i.E. production controlling, cost calculation, inventory management, etc.).Proven expertise in SAP FI/CO, showcasing a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.Very good skills with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.You are a great teammate with excellent communication skills and a high level of personal dedication.Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you can tackle sophisticated issues and present them in a simple and transparent manner.You are interested in promoting digitization measures.You can communicate fluently in English.Who is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
