TU MISIÓN:Desarrollar políticas internas con proyección global, asegurar el cumplimiento normativo internacional, analizar, planificar y controlar estratégicamente el personal, gestionar internacionalmente el área, y revisar e implementar las políticas estratégicas de la empresa garantizando el coste óptimo de personal de la compañía.FUNCIONES:Elaborar informes periódicos y reportes sobre el estado del cumplimiento y políticas de People & Talent. Gestionar y controlar los KPI’s en relación con la gestión del talento y el capital humano a nivel global de la organización.Supervisar los presupuestos de recursos humanos y costes de personal de todas las filiales.Realizar auditorías periódicas para verificar la correcta ejecución de los presupuestos en cada filial.Realizar análisis de datos relacionados con la gestión de recursos humanos, identificando áreas de mejora y oportunidades de optimización en los procesos de RRHH y costes de personal.Desarrollar reportes de gestión y de rendimiento para los equipos de dirección de RRHH y las filiales.Brindar soporte estratégico y operativo a las filiales en temas relacionados con la gestión de recursos humanos.Realizar un análisis detallado del impacto de los beneficios sociales ofrecidos o por ofrecer por la organización, tanto a nivel financiero como en términos de bienestar y retención de talento.Proponer mejoras o ajustes en los beneficios sociales para maximizar su impacto positivo en los empleados y en la gestión de recursos humanos.FORMACIÓN:Formación universitaria en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, ADE o estudios relacionados.Valorable Máster/Certificaciones en RRHH, Laboral, Gestión internacional...Nivel de Inglés conversacional alto.TRAYECTORIA PROFESIONAL: Entre 3 y 5 años en un rol similar.LO QUE TE OFRECEMOS:Formar parte de la familia Erum es más que un trabajo: es un sitio para ser, y no para estar.
