Cloud Support Specialist (2354972/001) San Sebastián de los Reyes, EspañaDesde Robert Walters nos encontramos en búsqueda de un especialista de infraestructura IT para incorporar de manera indefinida en la plantilla de un cliente internacional, líder del sector automoción. Nivel de inglés alto, híbrido en sus oficinas (Madrid).Tus responsabilidades:Ser el primer punto de contacto para la resolución de incidentes relacionados con sistemas en la nube, redes y cuentas de usuario.Analizar y documentar incidentes utilizando Confluence y Jira.Administrar cuentas de usuario y herramientas de colaboración.Gestionar aplicaciones de terceros y realizar integraciones mediante scripting y automatización.Coordinar y consultar sobre temas de redes y conexiones VPN B2B.Crear y mantener documentación técnica.¿Qué buscamos?Educación o título en TI o campo relacionado.Experiencia en soporte de TI y sistemas en la nube.Conocimiento de sistemas IAM, APIs, scripting y herramientas de comunicación (Slack, Teams).Fluidez en inglés (imprescindible).
