En concreto, dentro del departamento de INGENIERÍA de la Planta de Leganés (Madrid), buscamos cubrir una posición de INGENIERO DE PROYECTOS DE PLANTA interesado en nuestro proyecto y en unirse a un equipo dinámico y comprometido.FuncionesRealización de proyectos de ampliaciones y mejoras de las instalaciones, incluyendo el diseño actualización de planos, contacto con proveedores de materiales y servicios, solicitud de presupuestos, planificación de las obras a realizar.Formar parte del equipo APPCC: participar en las reuniones aportando ideas de mejora para la calidad y seguridad de nuestros productos.Garantizar que los procesos de intercambio de información entre departamentos para la realización de actividades interrelacionadas, se desarrollan según los estándares de calidad y tiempo, optimizando si es preciso, procesos, equipos o recursos.Formar parte del equipo Food Defense.Planificar las posibles desviaciones de PCs/PCCs en colaboración con la Dirección de Producción y la Dirección de Calidad estableciendo las medidas preventivas necesarias.Garantizar las reparaciones o actuaciones en las instalaciones oportunas.Evaluar continuamente el desempeño de la planta y realizar los ajustes necesarios para garantizar el éxito.Requisitos:Ingeniería Técnica Industrial o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Procesos Industriales, Instalaciones Industriales, Diseño Industrial, Mecatrónica o similar.Valorables conocimientos en diseños electricidad industrial, mecánica, neumática, automatización.Experiencia entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en la gestión de obras industriales.Experiencia entre 3 y 4 años liderando equipos de al menos 15 personas.Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de mejora continúa.Competencias:Trabajo en equipoProactividadOfrecemos: Flexibilidad horaria, salario negociable e incorporación a una organización en pleno crecimiento y desarrollo, ofreciendo estabilidad y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional dentro de la compañía.¿Te gustaría trabajar con nosotros?
