What You’ll Do:Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services that support a high-traffic digital platform.Work in a trio model (Engineering, Product, Design) to align technical execution with user and business needs.Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures to improve platform scalability and performance.Leverage AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to deploy and maintain cloud-native applications.Ensure data integrity, security, and system reliability in a rapidly growing product ecosystem.Take part in technical decision-making, best practices, and mentorship to foster a strong engineering culture. What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in backend development.Strong expertise in Node.Js, TypeScript, and REST API development (experience with PHP, Java, or Python is a plus).Experience working with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, CloudWatch, etc.).Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and scalable system design.Solid knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment automation.A product-focused mindset, ensuring backend solutions enhance user experience and business value.Strong collaboration skills, working closely with product managers and designers to deliver meaningful features.
