We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the industrial pharmaceutical sector. If you have experience in managing manufacturing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, this is the right opportunity for you!Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate manufacturing and production projects in the pharmaceutical industry.Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other industrial standards.Manage and optimize production processes and capacity.Collaborate with teams across production, quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering.Monitor project timelines, costs, and resources, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Implement continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.Support technology transfer and process scaling.Oversee the validation of new processes, equipment, and facilities.Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience in project management in the industrial pharmaceutical sector.Knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA and other relevant industrial standards.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Agile methodologies).Fluent in English and Spanish.What We Offer:At K-LAGAN, we want you to enjoy the full experience of being part of our team.
