Descripción del trabajoSolutia Life Sciences (división de recruitment de Solutia) especializados en perfiles técnicos y de middle management en sectores farmacéutico, biotech y medical devices.Actualmente estamos seleccionando un/a Process Engineering Scientist para Laboratorios Esteve, compañía referente en la industria químico-farmacéutica y con sede en Barcelona.Misión:Participar en los proyectos de I+D y en las transferencias de proceso tanto de I+D como de las plantas, realizando las actividades relativas a la ingeniería de proceso y de acuerdo a los procedimientos internos, con la finalidad de fabricar a escala industrial principios activos o intermedios farmacéuticos.Responsabilidades:Documentación: revisión de la documentación disponible con el objetivo de preparar propuesta de trabajo.Modelización: Diseño, realización y supervisión de simulaciones y de pruebas experimentales asociadas.Análisis de datos: Recopilación y análisis científico de resultados obtenidos del trabajo de simulación y experimental.Reportar: Realización de documentos técnicos.Comunicación y defensa científica de los resultados.Velar por el cumplimiento del planning de las actividades del proyecto y comunicación de las desviaciones.Transfer a planta del proyecto: soporte cuando sea necesario.Búsqueda de nuevas tecnologías.Búsqueda de formas más eficientes para la ejecución de las actividades propias de la ingeniería de proceso (flujos de trabajo y sistemas internos).Participar en las tareas no experimentales de gestión, organización, formación y mantenimiento del departamento.Mantener actualizados los sistemas de recopilación de datos del departamento.Requisitos:Formación:Ciencias Químicas o Ingeniería Química, preferiblemente Licenciado o Máster.Otros Conocimientos:Muy valorable conocimiento en el escalado de procesos en química fina (preferentemente API), modelización de reactores batch, modelización de agitación y/o transferencia de calor.Valorable conocimiento en el uso de softwares de modelización (preferentemente DynoChem, VisiMix o MixIT).Conocimientos complementarios: Conocimientos básicos de programación.Mínimo nivel de inglés B2.Experiencia profesional:Mínimo 3 años en posiciones similares.Ingeniero de proceso o químico de proceso en industria química fina o similar.Experiencia en escalado y transferencia de procesos de industria química fina o similar (preferentemente fabricación de APIs).#J-18808-Ljbffr
