El/la Experience Manager deberá ilustrar los valores fundamentales de CBRE y esforzarse por lograr nuestra misión así como crear y liderar la estrategia de creación de comunidad entre los inquilinos para lograr lo siguiente:Creación de un entorno de colaboración entre los usuarios del edificio a través de eventos y presentaciones personales.Gestionar eventos y KPI's de fidelización en el edificio.Impulsar el crecimiento de las RRSS.Promoción de servicios en el edificio.Mantener los estándares y expectativas de los inquilinos.FUNCIONES PRINCIPALESAnálisis de los usuarios.Definición de un plan de marketing estratégico.Briefing a agencias, administración y coordinación de eventos y dinamizaciones.Crear y liderar estrategias de comunicación proactivas para garantizar el más alto nivel de participación en los eventos, las acciones y satisfacción de los inquilinos.Envío periódico de correos electrónicos promocionales/e-shots/campañas digitales de acuerdo con el Plan de Marketing al listado de contactos adecuados de los arrendatarios.Gestionar las plataformas online: web/intranet, colaborando estrechamente con proveedores clave para garantizar una resolución eficiente y oportuna cuando sea necesario.Potenciación de las RRSS del edificio.Creación de campañas atractivas y oportunidades para la interacción con el usuario.Mediciones de uso, participación e interacción.Gestión de contenido digital que puede incluir: pantallas, señalización digital.Manejo de aplicación del edificio: carga de contenido, campañas de comunicación, control de reserva de espacios, de eventos.Tener comunicación fluida con los arrendatarios, reuniones o encuentros periódicos, ser facilitador a cualquier necesidad que le pueda surgir a un arrendatario.Identificar oportunidades y desarrollar iniciativas y acciones entre la comunidad diseñadas para crear conexiones entre las empresas del edificio.Búsqueda e implementación de nuevos servicios que ofrezcan valor añadido al activo y que faciliten el día a día de los usuarios.DESARROLLO DE NEGOCIORelaciones con Propietario del edificio: asistencia a reuniones, preparación informes.Atención a visitas: VIPs, posibles empresas interesadas en alquilar oficinas, tour por el edificio a nuevos empleados, etc.Gestionar y mantener relaciones con proveedores.REQUISITOSEstudios de grado con Máster en Marketing, Customer Experience, relaciones públicas.Experiencia 1-2 años.
