This is a rare opportunity to lead and build a business with all the preconditions for becoming a serious contestant in its niche within five years.What We OfferA unique opportunity to lead a start-up operation in two major European markets with significant growth potential.Freedom, responsibility, and trust to shape and drive the business.Full support from colleagues across the TF Bank Group and reliable shared services.A chance to work in a Scandinavian business culture that values efficiency, innovation, and results.Hands-on involvement in creating and running a scalable, high-performance business in Southern Europe.Your ResponsibilitiesLead TF Bank’s credit card business in Spain and Italy, serving as the chief architect of our Southern European business strategy.Actively develop the business from the ground up, ensuring profitable organic growth with a lean, efficient structure.Build and nurture relationships with local partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.Recruit and manage a small, high-performing local team, scaling operations as the business grows.Be a key stakeholder for operational activities, including compliance, marketing, and product development, while utilizing group-level shared resources and external experts as needed.Drive market entry and scaling strategies for both Spain and Italy, tailoring offerings to meet market-specific consumer needs.Collaborate with TF Bank Group’s leadership to execute projects, share best practices, and contribute to the company’s overall success.What We’re Looking ForExperience in credit cards.A hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a start-up-like environment.Proven track record in building and scaling businesses, particularly in financial services.Solid understanding of the Spanish and Italian markets, including regulatory landscapes, credit risk, and customer behavior.Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, partnerships, and team management.Fluency in English and at least one local language (Spanish or Italian) is required.Location: Málaga (in office policy).Why Join TF Bank?Operational efficiency and adaptability.
