Somos Suiters, una apuesta por una manera distinta de vivir en las ciudades formando parte de una de las comunidades más innovadoras y sostenibles. Nuestros colivings en España están localizados en Madrid y Alicante, sin embargo existe un fuerte crecimiento de activos en desarrollo en otras ciudades como Bilbao o Valencia, entre otras. Estamos en pleno crecimiento. Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Coliving Manager (Property Manager) para la nueva apertura que tendremos en Málaga. El Coliving Manager será responsable de la gestión integral del coliving, asegurando la ocupación de las suites y el bienestar de los residentes. Será un enlace directo entre los residentes, el equipo operativo y la empresa, garantizando una experiencia de calidad.¿Cuáles serán tus funciones como Coliving Manager?Comercialización y ventas:Promocionar y alquilar suites a particulares y empresas. Supervisar las candidaturas, gestionar las reservas y garantizar una ocupación óptima.Gestión de la comunidad:Fomentar un ambiente positivo entre los residentes. Planificar eventos sociales y profesionales. Gestionar entradas y salidas de residentes (Check-in/check-out).Atención al cliente y resolución de incidencias:Resolver quejas y solicitudes. Gestionar problemas con instalaciones y servicios.Gestión operativa y administrativa:Supervisar mantenimiento y coordinar proveedores (lavandería, limpieza y otros). Control de pagos y facturación.Gestión de redes sociales:Controlar las cuentas y otras redes sociales de Suiters, generando contenido y atendiendo a la comunidad online.¿Qué necesitarás tener para poder desarrollarte bien en tu puesto?Experiencia:1-2 años en gestión de propiedades, hospitality, colivings, o coworkings. Experiencia previa trabajando realizando funciones de atención al cliente y gestión de comunidades y haber realizado funciones de ventas o comercialización de productos o servicios relacionados.Formación:Turismo, Hostelería, Administración de Empresas o título equivalente, Gestión Inmobiliaria o Property Management.Idiomas:Será necesario que tengas un nivel de español nativo o bilingüe y un nivel de inglés alto para poder comunicarte con nuestros huéspedes.Si estás buscando nuevos retos y nuestra oferta encaja con tu perfil, no dudes en inscribirte.#J-18808-Ljbffr
