Senior Workforce Real-Time Analyst – Scheduling & Monitoring - Relocating to BarcelonaRole: WFM Senior Real Time AnalystShift: Rotation morning, day and night shift (candidate needs to be available for the 3 shifts)Salary: 29100€ (+night shift and weekend bonus)Location: Barcelona Glories (fully OFFICE based)We are searching for support as a WFM Senior Real Time Analyst (m/f/d) on a full-time basis for our team in Barcelona.As a WFM Senior Real Time Analyst, you use your expertise to monitor and analyze intraday operations performance. You verify attendance and produce intraday reporting to ensure service level agreements are met. You contribute to the improvement of performance and development of the team.
