En Arabella Hospitality España, estamos buscando incorporar un/A Assistant Project Mgr enfocado al área de Mejora, Desarrollo y Mantenimiento de Propiedades, incluyendo renovaciones y reparaciones, con capacidad de asistir en la organización y análisis en la supervisión técnica una cartera diversa de propiedades (Hoteles y Casas Club de Golf) en Mallorca.El objetivo principal es mantener y maximizar el valor de las propiedades, proporcionando orientación, asesoramiento y supervisión en todos los aspectos de la estrategia a largo plazo de Capex y desarrollo de proyectos, visión general de los programas de Mantenimiento y Reparaciones, planes de optimización energética, buscando eficiencias operativas y asegurando el cumplimiento legal y reglamentario en relación con el estado físico de los activos.Buscamos un perfil técnico, una persona proactiva y dinámica con ganas de crecer profesionalmente que quiera formar parte de un grupo de empresas en crecimiento con un importante volumen de operaciones que posee activos emblemáticos en Mallorca, Alemania y Suiza.Tareas específicas:- Asistir en el cumplimiento de la Estrategia y planificación de CAPEX- Asistir en la gestión y control de los proyectos CAPEX en los hoteles / campos de golf- Asistir en el mantenimiento técnico de los edificios del grupo y sus instalaciones- Revisión del estado físico de los inmuebles (construcción, FF&E, instalaciones), realizando inspecciones periódicas de las instalaciones.- Gestión documental de los diferentes proyectos, incluyendo seguimiento técnico de las ofertas presentadas.- Control del mantenimiento preventivo adecuado de las propiedades, atendiendo al ciclo de vida de los elementos.- Apoyar y promover programas de optimización energética.#J-18808-Ljbffr
