The Junior BI Developer will play a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The primary focus will be on building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders from various departments to ensure accurate data reporting, visualization, and analysis.Power BI Report Development :Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business needs.Data Modeling :Assist in creating and optimizing data models using Power BI, ensuring efficient and accurate data retrieval.Data Integration :Work with various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into Power BI for analysis.Collaborate with business users to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design intuitive, user-friendly data visualizations.Performance Optimization :Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and efficiency.Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide meaningful insights.Data Governance :Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the data used in Power BI reports, following best practices in data governance.Stay updated on Power BI features and best practices, as well as broader BI trends and tools, to enhance the company's BI capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
