We believe that every company can unlock its full execution capacity - and for that, we need you to join us as a Senior Learning and Leadership Development Manager.The Team:The Learning and Leadership Development organisation is dedicated to designing the most innovative and impactful learning and leadership development programs for our employees and leaders. You will join as a Senior L&D Manager reporting to the Global Director to support the learning and leadership development strategy.The Role:The Senior Learning and Leadership Development Manager will be a key strategic member of the Learning and Leadership Development organisation, contributing to the design and driving the execution of our learning and leadership development strategy and programs. You will be responsible for designing programs that will enable our leaders and employees to do their best work.The work you’ll do:Partner with the HR leadership team, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and others across Celonis to assess learning and development needs, both current and future. Design and develop learning strategies to support those needs.Drive execution, evaluation, and enhancement of learning, management, and leadership development programs.Develop learning materials for HR processes such as performance management.Work with vendors to bring best-in-class learning programs to Celonis.Establish approaches to evaluate learning program impacts.Design, implement, and manage executive development programs.Use human-centered design to create and manage the development of innovative enterprise learning programs that help Celonis develop future capabilities.Drive learning and leadership development initiatives and programs, supporting change management and enhancing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.Be a key member of the L&D team to help establish processes, standards, and guide other team members on projects.Conduct needs assessment with stakeholders, determine gaps in curriculum/programs, and create/manage curriculum strategy for those business units.Execute with strong project management skills, including monitoring plans and managing against milestones, managing issues and risks as needed.Contribute to the vision and strategy of the Learning and Leadership Development organisation by bringing leading-edge industry ideas and approaches and to integrate creating unique employee learning and collaboration experiences.The qualifications you need:Relevant experience in learning, leadership development, or organisational effectiveness.Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resource Development, Change Management, or Learning-related degrees.Strategic and creative mindset when planning learning outcomes and a practical attitude for learning solutions.Good understanding of the impact and synergies between HR processes and learning and development offerings.Knowledge of instructional design and experience working with emerging learning technologies such as AR/VR.Passion for people development, knowledge sharing, psychology, and learning design.Results-oriented and strong communication skills.Coaching qualifications is a plus.Facilitation of team building and team effectiveness sessions.Interest in championing people, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion agendas.What Celonis can offer you:The unique opportunity to work within a new category of technology, Execution Management.Investment in your personal growth and skill development (clear career paths, internal mobility opportunities, mentorships, yearly development stipend).Great compensation and benefits packages (stock options, 401(K) matching, generous time off, parental leave, and more).Work from home support (mindfulness tools such as Headspace, monthly remote working stipend, flexible working hours, virtual events, and workshops).A global and growing team of Celonauts from diverse backgrounds to learn from and work with.An open-minded culture with innovative, autonomous teams.A clear set of company values that guide everything we do: Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, and Earth Is Our Future.#J-18808-Ljbffr
