Descripción del Puesto:En dependencia de la Dirección Comercial, seleccionamos un Key Account Manager para gestionar los mercados internacionales de habla francesa.Responsabilidades:- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes internacionales.- Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la apertura de cliente hasta la gestión final del proyecto de venta.- Colaborar con otros departamentos internos (marketing, I+D, logística) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos y la satisfacción del cliente.- Analizar y monitorear el rendimiento de las cuentas, proporcionando informes regulares y estrategias de mejora.- Participar en ferias comerciales y eventos internacionales.- Supervisar las tendencias del mercado, las actividades de la competencia y los desarrollos de la industria para tomar decisiones estratégicas.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y estándares internacionales en todas las transacciones.Requisitos:- Imprescindible dominio avanzado de francés, se valorará el inglés como complementario.- Licenciatura en ADE, Comercio Internacional o campo relacionado.- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de cuentas clave.- Experiencia comprobada en ventas internacionales y negociación.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.- Dominio del entorno Microsoft 365.- Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente.- Residencia en Alicante o alrededores.Si buscas un nuevo reto profesional y quieres incorporarte a un proyecto en continuo crecimiento, ésta es tu oportunidad.
