Job Title :VB .NET Support Engineer with SpanishLocation :Spain (Remote)Job Type :Contract-B2B (long term)Job Description :Roles and ResponsibilitiesProficient in Spanish & English and good communication with the Business usersTechnical skills required include, but are not limited to: VB.Net, SQL Server, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, Web APIQuickly understand the application knowledge and transition from the current team members and ramp-up shortlyL2 and L3 Support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements with strong technical and functional expertise in the applications being supportedRCA for technical issues, analyze and troubleshoot problems and come up with the best possible remediation of problemsInteract with customers on reported issues and manage customer expectationsCommunicate with other parts of the team and third-party suppliers to ensure business needs are met, for example, the triage and management of tickets and coordination of the upgrade of third-party softwareIdentify operational improvements and report them to Support lead / regional tower leadMaintain CI / CD pipelines and automated deployment tools from a support perspectiveSupport Engineers will also support testing activities by creating test data and executing test cases as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
