En nuestro equipo, tendrás el apoyo para sobresalir en el trabajo y los recursos para desarrollar una carrera de la que pueda estar orgulloso.La posiciónActualmente estamos buscando un perfil un HR Manager, con experiencia de 3 a 5 años, para la zona de Guadalajara.Reportando al HR Director de GXO, será responsable de ofrecer el mejor servicio de recursos humanos y colaborar para brindar soluciones pragmáticas mediante la creación de un entorno de gestión positiva de personas.Las responsabilidades incluyen:Colaborar en la gestión de las relaciones laborales en el centro.Trabajar junto a los responsables para garantizar la estructura óptima de la plantilla, asegurando los recursos necesarios en los picos de productividad.Ayudar en el control y gestión del tiempo de trabajo efectivoApoyar en la evaluación del desempeñoApoyar en las terminaciones de contratos de los empleadosColaborar en asegurar que las personas adecuadas estén en los puestos adecuadosGenerar confianza: Inspirar confianza a través de la seguridad, el aplomo, el respeto por los demás y el compromiso con la inclusión y la equidadGarantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y normativas en materia de salud y seguridadPara tener éxito en este puesto es necesario:Experiencia necesaria en entornos industriales (valorable experiencia en funciones de Recursos Humanos en almacén logístico)Experiencia probada como generalista de RRHH.Experiencia trabajando como HR Business Partner en un entorno grande y sindicalizado.Habilidades de resolución de problemas.Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en la resolución de problemas complejos de relaciones laborales.Buenas dotes de influencia, capacidad demostrada para aportar soluciones pragmáticas a los problemas empresariales.Experiencia valorable en entorno de Empresas de Trabajo Temporal o /y Outsourcing
