Desde Antal International, agencia boutique de búsqueda directa de talento, con más de 30 años en el mercado, buscamos consultor/a 360º para gestionar procesos de selección y Desarrollo de Negocio, de nuestros clientes, en nuestras oficinas en Barcelona.Si eres un apasionado de la selección, y la actividad comercial, y consideras que te gustaría ayudar a personas a encontrar empleo y a las empresas a encontrar el mejor talento, sigue leyendo:Requisitos:- Grado terminado en RRLL, Derecho, Marketing, Psicologia, ADE..- Experiencia en Consultorías o en el sector digital como business development y/o en selección de personal.- Persona organizada, proactiva, orientada a resultados, que quiera enfocar su carrera profesional en el mundo de la consultoría de Recursos Humanos.Funciones:- Desarrollo de negocio, captación de clientes.- Búsqueda directa de candidatos- Publicación de ofertas en los principales portales de empleo.- Cribaje curricular- Entrevistas telefónicas, telemáticas y presenciales- Elaboración de informes de candidatos.- Presentación y defensa de candidaturas con el cliente.¿Qué ofrecemos?- Entrar al equipo de una firma líder en el sector, presente en 35 países.- Modelo de trabaja hibrido.- Dia libre por tu cumpleaños.- Posibilidades de promoción y plan de carrera.- Salario competitivo (Fijo + incentivos por consecución de objetivos, mensual, trimestral y anual).- Oficinas situadas en el centro de Barcelona.- Flexibilidad horaria, entrada de 08 a 09:30 y salida de 17:00 a 18:30- Fruta fresca en la oficina.- Jornada intensiva cada viernes del año y en verano.- ¡Si te parece interesante, no dudes en inscribirte!
