Como segundo jefe de recepción, desempeñarás un papel crucial para garantizar el buen funcionamiento y ofrecer experiencias excepcionales a los clientes durante los turnos asignados.Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones de Front Office durante los turnos asignados, asegurando procedimientos eficientes de check-in y check-out.Dirigir y motivar al equipo de recepción, proporcionando orientación, apoyo y formación cuando sea necesario.Resolver las quejas e inquietudes de los huéspedes con prontitud y profesionalidad.Gestionar el inventario de habitaciones y maximizar las tasas de ocupación.Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y normas de seguridad del hotel.Colaborar con otros departamentos para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes y mantener un alto nivel de servicio.Aplicar y supervisar las medidas de control de calidad para mejorar la satisfacción de los clientes.Representar al hotel de forma profesional y mantener una imagen positiva en todo momento.RequisitosSu experiencia y habilidades incluyen:Servicio enfocado, la personalización es esencial.Previa experiencia de rol de liderazgo similar es un diferencial.Experiencia previa con sistema Opera o un sistema relacionado.Capacidad interpersonal y de resolución de problemas sólida y la capacidad para liderar por el ejemplo.Información adicionalNuestro compromiso con la Diversidad & Inclusión:#J-18808-Ljbffr
