Contrato en Prácticas - Jornada completaResponsabilidades:Realización de formaciones del personal tanto telefónicas como por videoconferencia a nivel nacional y registro de las mismas en aplicación interna.Asegurar la disponibilidad de los briefings de formación tanto internos como de los clientes en el Área de Azafatas.Contacto directo con azafato/as para mantenimiento o actualización de datos relevantes en el Área de Azafatas.Control de la aplicación: conocimiento de las posibilidades de la aplicación y correcto uso de la misma para llevar a cabo todos los procesos.Garantizar la correcta gestión de los procedimientos internos en la aplicación de grupoSky.Labores administrativas derivadas del puesto de trabajo.Resolución de posibles incidencias relacionadas con los anteriores puntos.#J-18808-Ljbffr
