As a Software Support Developer, you will be a product expert who represents the company in client communications, assisting with end-user application development and software component integration.As a Member of the Support Team, You Will Communicate in English with customers using email and online help desk software.Analyze customer needs, examine their projects, and develop efficient solutions (including code examples and sample projects) based on DevExpress products.Communicate solutions to customers.Communicate with teammates to solve various tasks and improve DevExpress products and services.Participate in software development of a world-class product line based on the following Microsoft technologies: WinForms, WinUI, ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and HTML/JS.Minimum Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
