Categoría de Empleo : Rooms & Guest Services OperationsUbicación :Hotel Maria Cristina a Luxury Collection Hotel San Sebastian, Paseo Republica Argentina, 4, San Sebastian, Guipuzcoa, Spain VER EN MAPAHorario :Full-TimeResponsabilidades:Saludar y acompañar a los huéspedes a sus habitaciones.Abrir las puertas y ayudar a los huéspedes / visitantes que entran y salen de la propiedad.Informar a los huéspedes sobre las comodidades, servicios y horas de operación de la propiedad, y áreas de interés y actividades locales.Identificar y explicar las funcionalidades de las habitaciones a los huéspedes (es decir, cómo usar la llave de la habitación, mini bar, áreas donde se encuentra el hielo y las máquinas expendedoras, caja fuerte de la habitación, servicios de lavandería personalizados).Llevar el equipaje de los huéspedes a y desde sus habitaciones o área de botones designada.Ayudar a almacenar y recoger el equipaje.Ayudar a los huéspedes y visitantes a entrar y salir de los vehículos, incluyendo cargar y descargar el equipaje.Ofrecer a los huéspedes instrucciones para llegar a sus destinos.Tramitar el transporte (es decir, taxi, servicio de minibús) para huéspedes / visitantes, y anotar las solicitudes de transporte por adelantado según sea necesario.Comunicar los procedimientos de estacionamiento a los huéspedes / visitantes.Si usted aprecia la narración evocativa y estaría dispuesto a proporcionar un servicio genuino, personalizado y que se anticipe a las situaciones, lo invitamos a unirse a nosotros en nuestro viaje y explorar una carrera en The Luxury Collection.#J-18808-Ljbffr
