The goal is to deliver central standardized products with flexibility to be used in all 3 regions (EMEA, APAC, AMERICAS) within dozens of countries and different businesses.There are central applications like Adobe Reader, Trellis encryption software or Java, that build a common basis used by all users – the main job of the application owner for those applications is to coordinate demand for such software and provide global standards how those applications should be configured, packaged, rollout & updated (Release / Change / Configuration Management), provides support & consulting (Incident & Problem Management), clarifies financials (e.g., licenses) & internal billing process (Financial Management) and communicates to all relevant internal and external stakeholders & users - if required, consult with workers councils. Education: Graduate or post graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification.
