Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:Study current solutions to identify strengths and weaknesses.Analyse and propose new modules with one objective: to be better.Manage the product roadmap, including new demands handling, feature & tech debt prioritization to add value to our customers in Europe.Define value added features to stay ahead of the competition and enable incremental recurring revenue for the company.Collaborate with the development teams to deliver product releases by participating actively in the scope definition and product delivery updates. Work closely with the marketing team to develop product documentation and coordinate go-to-market activities.Track and analyse product performance metrics (Product usage, NPS) driving data-based decisions. What We're Looking For:Experience: At least 2 years of international product management experienceExpertise in DMS (Dealer Management System) or other areas in automotive software application.Languages: English, Spanish (Interview will be conducted in English). French, German are a plus.Communication: Strong written and communication skills in EnglishInterpersonal Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, to transmit the value of your products, explain the product vision and the roadmap goalsStrong cross collaboration skills both internally (Engineering team, internal stakeholders) and externally (customers, partners)Able to communicate with different cultures and countries.
