From performance management, misconduct, employment terminations, investigations, policy interpretation, best practices, and personal issues that affect employees in the workplace.Tu rolAs a Labor Relations Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:Consult with managers and employees, on a broad range of moderately to highly complex employee relations issues.Ensure resolution of alleged violations of company policies by researching, conducting fact finding interviews, analyzing facts, documenting, and consulting with CoEs, business leaders and Practice Leads.Provide legal advice to employers on various international labor laws and regulations.
