You'll work closely with clients and sellers to build solutions based on meeting the client's business outcomes and known best practices for the technology and industry. In this fast-paced role, you'll design and construct build work breakdown structure leading to the rough order of magnitude, leading to the price and statement of work.A successful Solution Architect will demonstrate a natural bias towards self-motivation and navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions that ensure world-class delivery. Good understanding of storage technologies and SAN networks.Compute:Good understanding of IBM Power Technology and how to position it in the market. At least 5 years of experience managing UNIX or Linux infrastructure.Mainframe:Good understanding of IBM Z (Mainframe) technology, their benefits, common use cases, and how to position that technology in the market.Cloud:At least 5 years of experience managing and architecting Cloud solutions, working with the principal Cloud providers in the market like IBM Cloud, Amazon AWS, and Google. Good understanding of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions.Containers:Good understanding of RH OpenShift and K8s solutions.Networking:Advanced knowledge in networking technologies and solutions. Deep understanding of switching, routing, and firewalls.Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English.Deep technical expertise in at least one systems software and technical domain such as cyber resiliency, security, encryption, enterprise containers, automation, application modernization, networking, and performance.Preferred technical and professional experienceIdeal candidate must also be business-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.Furthermore, hands-on experience in IBM Power, IBM Z, and IBM Cloud Solutions is a plus.Technical Expertise in Mainframe System:Technical expertise in z/OS, zVM, zVSE, or zLinux systems and associated mainframe system software.
