Nuestro cliente es una multinacional del sector retail dedicada al bienestar y salud de las personas, con una plantilla superior a 3.000 empleados.Debido al fuerte crecimiento y expansión internacional que están llevando a cabo, necesitan incorporar un Pricing Manager. Reportando a Chief Commercial Officer, será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de precios efectivas que maximicen la rentabilidad y competitividad de productos y servicios en el mercado. Responsabilidades Desarrollar y gestionar estrategias de precios para productos y servicios, asegurando que estén alineadas con los objetivos comerciales y las tendencias del mercado. Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para identificar oportunidades de optimización de precios. Colaborar con los diferentes equipos internos de la organización (ventas, marketing, finanzas, operaciones, etc.) para establecer precios que maximicen la rentabilidad y la cuota de mercado. Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de precios, ajustando las estrategias según sea necesario para responder a cambios en el mercado. Implementar herramientas y sistemas de gestión de precios para mejorar la eficiencia y la precisión en la toma de decisiones. Preparar informes y presentaciones sobre el rendimiento de precios y recomendaciones estratégicas para la alta dirección.Requisitoso Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o campo relacionado.O Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de precios, análisis de mercado o roles similares, en compañías de servicios de suscripción (telco, hoteles, energía, media, seguros....)o Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos.O Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de precios y software de gestión.O Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.O Orientación a resultados y capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
