Desde Robert Walters estamos trabajando para una empresa tecnológica de SaaS con un producto innovador del ámbito de la IA. Se trata de una empresa muy disruptiva que está experimentando un crecimiento brutal gracias al éxito de su producto. Estamos buscando para la empresa un/a Product Owner que lidere la maximización del valor de su software, la experiencia de usuario y la escalabilidad del SaaS.Responsabilidades principales:Análisis de requerimientos:Traducir las necesidades del negocio y de los clientes en funcionalidades técnicas claras, garantizando una alineación precisa entre el producto y la tecnología.Gestión del backlog:Priorizar, gestionar y planificar el backlog del producto, asegurando que el equipo técnico tenga una visión clara de los entregables y prioridades.Documentación:Crear y mantener documentación clave (manuales de usuario, guías internas, material formativo, etc.), contribuyendo a la reducción de la deuda documental existente.Optimización del producto:Identificar áreas de mejora y cerrar brechas entre los entregables del producto, siempre buscando la optimización y evolución continua.Colaboración en entornos ágiles:Apoyar al Scrum Master en la implementación y mejora de metodologías ágiles (Scrum), facilitando una dinámica fluida y eficiente en los sprints.Visión del producto:Ayudar a definir, comunicar y mantener la visión del producto tanto a stakeholders como al equipo técnico, asegurando una evolución constante y estratégica.Perfil analítico:Habilidad para desglosar problemas complejos y ofrecer soluciones sencillas y eficientes.Traducción de necesidades:Capacidad para convertir requerimientos de negocio en tareas técnicas claras y realizables.Experiencia:Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles similares, con un enfoque resolutivo, proactivo y con gran iniciativa.Documentación:Experiencia en la creación y mantenimiento de documentación de producto, manuales de usuario y materiales formativos tanto para usuarios internos como externos.Trabajo en equipo:Experiencia colaborando con equipos técnicos y familiaridad con metodologías ágiles, especialmente Scrum.Comunicación:Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para interactuar con distintos niveles de stakeholders y equipos.Beneficios:Un salario muy competitivo en base a experiencia y aporte.Horarios muy flexibles, prácticamente libres.
