Promotora Inmobiliaria Residencial LujoSite Supervisor Obra en IbizaNuestro cliente es una Promotora Residencial de Lujo con excelente posicionamiento y prestigio, con ubicación en Islas Baleares, concretamente en Ibiza.Dirección de obra:Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias de la obra.Garantizar que todos los trabajos se lleven a cabo de acuerdo con los planes, especificaciones y plazos del proyecto.Supervisar las operaciones de la obra para garantizar el cumplimiento de los reglamentos y normas de seguridad.Coordinación de equipos:Dirigir a los trabajadores, subcontratistas y proveedores de la obra.Asignar tareas y asegurarse de que todos los miembros del equipo comprenden sus responsabilidades.Organizar reuniones informativas periódicas para mantener al equipo al corriente del progreso del proyecto y de las medidas de seguridad.Control de calidad:Garantizar que todo el trabajo cumple las normas de calidad exigidas.Realizar inspecciones periódicas para identificar y rectificar cualquier problema.Mantener registros detallados de las actividades e inspecciones en la obra.Cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad:Aplicar los protocolos de seguridad de la obra y garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa local.Realizar comprobaciones periódicas de seguridad y evaluaciones de riesgos.Proporcionar orientación y formación sobre prácticas de trabajo seguras.Informes y documentación:Preparar informes de progreso diarios, semanales y mensuales.Mantener registros precisos de las actividades de la obra, las entregas y los incidentes.Garantizar que toda la documentación se cumplimente y presente a tiempo.Tareas diarias y procedimientos de informaciónRealizar inspecciones de la obra y garantizar el cumplimiento de los planes del proyecto.Mantener reuniones informativas diarias con los equipos de la obra.Garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales y equipos en la obra.Documentar e informar de cualquier incidente o problema.Estar en contacto con los directores de proyecto y construcción y con los clientes.Nuestro cliente te ofrece estabilidad, desarrollo e interesantes condiciones económicas#J-18808-Ljbffr
